My inner path has been one of meditation and mindfulness. Meditation is my practice, my refuge, my medicine. My inner path promotes balance and harmony, Love and Wisdom and peace and unity. Divine and Sacred was birthed from the space within inner stillness and silence alongside a crystalline Diamond Light download, that I was fortunate to experience in January, 2024. The Diamond Light download washed away the past, cleansed the energy body and empowered the Soul, enabling a union of Body, Mind, Heart & Soul and Spirit. Yoga happens! Transformation visits when least expected. It is swift and Soul focussed.
As a Soul-led person, my aim is to support and uplift individuals, groups and communities, to journey with self, heal, grow, expand and resonate in harmony with all. I offer meditation classes, healing therapies, holistic counselling and retreats.
I was drawn to meditation in my late twenties and practised Vipassana meditation regularly with others and on my own. It enabled me to navigate the residue of a traumatic experience and move on with my life. The practice of meditation and mindfulness has taken me on a journey that bridges many years. Meditation has provided me with inner strength, enabled by becoming one with the breath, silence and stillness, the now, and the spaciousness that Consciousness affords. Through meditation you have the opportunity to journey with self, to heal, to move forward and reclaim your authentic self.
Healing therapies, including Energy healing, Reiki, Light Language healings and Spiritual healing are on offer to assist with physical, emotional, mental and Soul healing.
My healing room is filled with high frequency energy, as I sing Soul Language and speak Light Language. My hands dance to the rhythm of high vibrational energy embedded in Soul codes. These energetic transmissions provide healing and activations at Soul level.
Providing support, as you walk along the spiritual path is my passion. I provide a blend of talk therapy, meditation and energy work blended with intuitive guidance, to assist you through difficult times in your life. Counselling sessions can be accessed online or in person through Insight Counselling.
